The Motorworld is located in Freimann and is easy to reach both by public transport and by car. You can find the exact address and stops here.
Here you can find the site plan showing the locations for the registration, the conference rooms, the catering areas and the location of the exhibits. In addition, the on-site signage helps you to find your way around.
Participation in the hybrid Big Techday 23 is possible either virtually or on site at the Motorworld Munich. If you would like to register for the event, please use the following registration platform. If you have any other questions, please contact bigtechday@tngtech.com.
There is no formal registration for the remote participation in Big Techday.
In order to access a specific talk via zoom.us, you must enter your first name, surname and email address via a registration form. This is an informal process and you will immediately receive a registration confirmation and the link to access the respective webinar.
To participate in the on-site Big Techday, please register in advance at the following registration platform.
Both the virtual participation and the on-site participation in our Big Techday are free of charge.
With the following link, bookings can be edited and managed.
We will publish the videos of all talks for which we have received permission from the speakers. The videos can be found on in our archive or on YouTube as soon as the post-processing is complete.
At all times there will be at least one talk in English. You can find this information in our agenda.
On site participants can use the Slack workspace to get in touch with remote participants to share their impressions of the talks.
Please register and set your name as follows: first name last name (affiliation).
Registration with first and last name and email address is required.
We want to organize a pleasant and safe event for all participants. Therefore, inappropriate questions, troublemakers and haters are not welcome. If there is inappropriate behavior, the person will be blocked as a viewer or removed from the Slack Workspace.
Our recommendations:
During the presentation: Feel free to ask short, concise questions about the presentation. Be polite and respectful and take into account any time constraints on asking questions.
In Slack: Use the right channel and threads within the channels so that communication remains clear. Do not write inappropriate messages to any other participant. Don't harass anyone.
Photography and filming will take place during the Big Techday. Image and sound recordings may be published after the event, for example on our website or on our social media channels. When registering for the Big Techday on site, you will be asked for your consent. If you have any questions about this, please contact bigtechday@tngtech.com.
There is no dress code. Please dress as you feel comfortable, also with regard to the summer temperatures.
A guarded cloakroom is available. Larger items such as suitcases or backpacks can also be stored there. The cloakroom is open from 7.45 am to 10 pm.
You can spot the members of the organising team during the event by our marked name badges. You are also welcome to speak to the technical staff or the colleagues at the entrance. They will be able to direct you to the right person.

There is no obligation to test and no obligation to wear a mask, but there is a recommendation to test.
