General Information
Big Techday is our one-day conference on science and technology, particularly IT. Most speakers have an IT background, but some also come from other sciences such as physics, mathematics and mechanical engineering. Some are also from other disciplines such as art, sports or media. TNG has been organizing the Big Techday in Munich annually since 2007.

On Site Participation
Participation in our Big Techday 24 is possible either virtually or on site at the Motorworld Munich. The registration for the event on site is limited for 2024. You can register your interest in onsite participation using the following form (tba). If you have any questions, please contact bigtechday@tngtech.com.
Both the virtual and the on-site participation in our Big Techday are free of charge.
Once registration has been activated, bookings can be edited and managed under the following link (tba).
Photography and filming will take place during the Big Techday. Image and sound recordings may be published after the event, for example on our website or on our social media channels. When registering for the Big Techday on site, you will be asked for your consent. If you have any questions about this, please contact bigtechday@tngtech.com.
There will be no general guest WIFI on site. In urgent individual cases, login data can be requested via bigtechday@tngtech.com.
There is no dress code. Please dress as you feel comfortable, also with regard to the summer temperatures.
You can spot the members of the organising team during the event by our marked name badges. You are also welcome to speak to the technical staff or the colleagues at the entrance. They will be able to direct you to the right person.

Logistics and Catering
Motorworld is located in Freimann and is easy to reach both by public transport and by car. You can find the exact address as well as information on parking here.
You can park your car in the underground garage, the designated Motorworld parking areas, or nearby side streets. Bicycle parking is located directly across from the Motorworld's main entrance.
Here you can find the site plan showing the registration points, the conference rooms, the catering areas and the location of the exhibits. In addition, the signs on site will help you to find your way around.
A staffed cloakroom is available. You can find its location on the site plan. Larger items such as suitcases or backpacks can also be stored there. The cloakroom is open from 7.45 am to 10 pm.
Yes, there will be three catering stations on site. You can find the respective catering stations on the site plan. They are located at the following places in the Motorworld: Rotunde (first floor), Motorworld Inn (ground floor) and the food tent outside.
Remote Participation
There is no formal registration for the remote participation in Big Techday.
In order to access a specific talk via zoom.us, you must enter your first name, surname and email address in a registration form. This is an informal process and you will immediately receive a registration confirmation and the link to access the respective webinar.
